Furniture Fetish Terms and Conditions
Furniture Fetish may accept returns for a refund or credit if the product delivered has a major fault. A major fault is when the product is deemed unusable. We suggest you to make your decision carefully as we will not refund you if you have simply "changed your mind".
Customers must contact Furniture Fetish within 7 business days upon the delivery of goods if there is a problem or fault with thir purchase. Customers must request a return authorization prior to returning. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse full refund for excessive returns by a customer.
All products come with a 12 month manufacturers warranty. Furniture Fetish may request your assistance with providing photos and measurements to assist with warranty claims. Please note the warranty is non-transferable.
Shipping is a third party cost and is non refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer. Returns must be shipped in the same manner as they were delivered. Returned goods must be returned in the original packaging. The online shipping calculator prices is for Courier Shipping which offers kerb side or front door delivery. In some cases of larger or oversize items it will be required for us to send out with Furniture Removals which can result in higher shipping cost as it’s a personal hand load/unload service to you.
